We design each program according to the needs of the company: group size, goals, skills to develop, required number of days/nights, activities of your choice, etc. Your work team will achieve total integration in an environment with unmatched facilities and unusual activities that no hotel or training center can offer you. • Overcoming challenges and solving problems: Stress management and time limits are the main enemies. The challenges are build and directed by our staff or can be planned by the team itself.
  

• Focus: In all our programs you will find activities that require the participant to have a high focus level for their team to achieve targets and goals
  

• Confidence: We design exciting activities to conquer fears and achieve goals, where the only tool needed will be confidence, only by trusting yourself and the rest of your team you’ll be able to overcome all challenges
